1. Who operates this site

This Legal Notice is published under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). The site and the Sign Simplified service are owned and operated by Bernat Martinez Vidal (the "Operator").

2. What the site provides

Sign Simplified is a document-signing service. It has a free signer that runs entirely in your browser and never uploads the document, and paid, account-based features: saved signatures, a document vault, an audit trail, AI-assisted signature placement, bulk signing and requests to sign.

Signatures made with the service are Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS), recorded together with an audit log. The service does not provide advanced or qualified electronic signatures.

3. Terms of use

Using the site means accepting this Legal Notice, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to do anything that damages it, disables it or stops other people from using it. The contractual terms for paid plans, tokens and the electronic-signature disclaimer are in the Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual property

The software, design, text, graphics, logos and other content of the site belong to Bernat Martinez Vidal or its licensors, except content that users provide. Reproducing, distributing or otherwise exploiting them without written permission is not allowed.

You keep ownership of the documents and content you create or upload. How we process them is set out in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

Bernat Martinez Vidal makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available, accurate and secure, but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Bernat Martinez Vidal is not liable for damage caused by misuse of the site, by content users upload, or by third-party services and links.

Under Articles 13 to 17 LSSI-CE, Bernat Martinez Vidal is not responsible for information provided by third parties unless it has actual knowledge that the information is unlawful, and once it does, it will act promptly to remove it or disable access to it. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that mandatory law does not allow to be excluded.

The site links to third-party sites. Bernat Martinez Vidal does not control them and is not responsible for their content or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes about the site fall to the courts of the Operator's domicile in Spain, without affecting the mandatory jurisdiction and consumer-protection rights that apply if you are a consumer.
